This 5th floor property faces South where you can catch cool breeze and glimpse the Gulf from your private balcony. Enjoy the updated kitchen tile floors throughout washer/dryer and a cottage décor. This unit has WIFI access and WIFI is also available throughout the lobby outdoor areas and interior units. Due to limited parking a 1 car maximum is enforced. Monthly reservations can be made in this nonsmoking unit October to March 1.

This property collects parking fees onsite. The cost is $25.00 per parking pass for vehicles and $20.00 for trailers. The passes will be valid for the duration of your stay.
