Seawind is a welcoming beachfront complex, offering a range of excellent amenities for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The complex also features a well-equipped fitness center for those who wish to stay active. For outdoor dining and socializing, there's a convenient grilling area.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

Very good property for the whole family

We stayed at this property with no issues at all. In fact we needed to move our dates due to a hurricane displacing us for weeks and they were able to accommodate. We stayed at this property with 4 adults and 2 young children and it was great for all of us. Definitely recommend this property.

Great property and location!

We enjoyed every moment at this condo. It was centrally located near the Hangout where you could walk there. And the parasailing and banana boats were located on our beach. The beds and interior were nice, and the checkout requirements were reasonable. Whoever stays at this condo will definitely enjoy it. We will try to book this same one next year!

An ‘ok’ stay.

Beds were hard, the fans did not go higher than a low setting, the toilet paper holders fell out each time you tried to use tp, there was no linen for the pull out bed and absolutely no circulation in the bunk bed room; no vents or fan. The location was great, overall not a bad stay, however definitely could use some adjustments to be made more accommodated.

Condo was as described. Wonderful view with lots of dolphins. Excellent beach access. Only negative is the wait time for elevators. Sometimes 15 to 20 minutes.

Just what we needed

We appreciated the constant communication from the condo Management Group. A slow elevator experience is to be expected when there is only two elevators for such a large complex. Location was perfect in the vacation was just what our group needed!

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed for 1 full week. Great experience. Short walk to all yhe action. Only downfall was the construction going on and one of the elevators was in and out of service. Bring tp, 30 gallon trash sacks, hand soap, paper towels,and dishwashing tablets.

Perfect for quick access to beach

This condo was the perfect size for my family (4 adults and 2 kids). It probably could have comfortably slept two more, even. We loved the quick access to the beach as well as food and shopping locations within walking distance. My only complaints are: * the floors in the condo were very dirty upon arrival, my kids’ feet turned black within an hour * the kitchen is minimally stocked with things like silverware and dishes, although it does have a crockpot which came in handy!

Spring break with family

The property was nice. Rooms were clean.The only complaints we had were that there are only two elevators which were very crowded, and that there were more college students than families at the property which made it hard to get into the hot tub, pool, or to find quiet space on the beach with appropriate behavior for young children. I would not attend again during spring break.

October fun with my family.

My husband and I decided to invite my son and parents with us on our anniversary trip. We had such a relaxing time. The condo location was as perfect as the view. There was a slight mishap with the door code, but the management team was quick and helpful with resetting the code. The only reason I did not give five stars was due to the ice machine not working and the stove was inconsistent with heating. Otherwise, I would recommend the condo to anyone wanting a beach getaway.

Great condo Perfect location

Compared to other condos, this one was on the affordable end. It was exactly what I wanted as far as location and size. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. The location was within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The view from the balcony was amazing. The bed and furniture were very comfortable. I had no issues with parking or with the elevator, other than the doors closed very fast, so unless the elevator attendant held the door open button for you, the doors would close right after everyone on the elevator exited, not leaving enough time for anyone to enter.
