During your peaceful stay at this home, you and your guests will also enjoy exclusive access to shared club amenities including multiple shared pools (one of which is a seasonally-heated, zero-entry, saltwater pool), hot tubs, tennis courts, access to a nationally-ranked golf course, two on-site restaurants (Kiva Beach Club Restaurant and Kiva Bar & Grill), the Kiva Fitness Center, massage services at the Kiva Beach Club, and private, deeded beach access!

Please note that this home is not available for hosting parties or gatherings.
Guests need to stop in at the Kiva Dunes Clubhouse/Office - which is the big, white building on your right side on Plantation Road - to receive your “full access” wristbands for your stay.
The location is the same as the “Golf Pro Shop/Hotel Check In.”
Guests will receive all-access wristbands for for the week + can set up a credit card for any pool/beach drinks or food orders if desired.
**Arriving very late?**
If the front office is closed (after 8pm) guests can grab the guest packet and wristbands in the morning.
This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
