This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath Alabama beach condo offers 735 square feet of comfortable living space, perfect for up to 5 guests. Located just over a mile from the main intersection in Gulf Shores, you'll be within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and The Hangout. The property provides deeded beach access right across the street, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sand anytime.

After a day at the beach, relax by the outdoor pool, or gather with your group at the gazebo and picnic tables in the center of the property. This well-maintained, quaint property is a cozy retreat with a friendly atmosphere.

The primary bedroom features a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom includes a bunk bed with a double on the bottom, twin on top, and a pull-out twin trundle, making it ideal for extra guests. The guest bathroom is easily accessible from the hall and has a tub/shower combination.

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, plus the dining area seats four and breakfast bar seats two, perfect for sharing stories from your beach day. Additionally, the unit includes a stackable washer and dryer for added convenience.

Summer Fun!

This was a beautiful condo, that our family stayed in. Quite comfortably slept all of us, which included our 13yr old and my husbands 77yr old Aunt. Plenty of storage space and my husband & I slept like a babies. It was directly across the street from the beach. You can see the ocean, right outside your door! It's walking distance to the best local pizza and there are stores and other sights, just within a mile. Our gracious host, was sure to supply us with the means to cook meals, do our laundry and dishes...they even had a few chairs, umbrella & boogie boards that we used at the beach. The pool was cozy and inviting. Our son was in it, when we weren't at the beach. When it rained, which was only our last day, we cozied up and watched a movie together. I Highly recommend this place for your next family, fun in the sun getaway!

Stayed here multiple times

We ALWAYS stay at this location when we come to Gulf Shores. We love it here. Property is well maintained. AC is perfect, rooms are clean, bathrooms are clean. Has washer and dryer which is extremely helpful.

Great location and property

We had a great time staying here. Location was great, access to beach was very close and walking distance, parking was good. Condo was very clean when we arrived and met all of our needs. My only recommendation would to have a few more things available for the renters. There was only a very small frying pan so I had to borrow one from another unit(had friends staying there), also had to borrow a cookie sheet and a few storage bowls. I was thankful they were there and I didn’t have to go purchase this for our cooking. But overall a very pleasant experience.

Great Place Friendly Complex

Our condo felt like home. Everything was ready and clean when we checked in. They provided everything we needed to cook and clean up afterwards. It was conveniently located very close to the beach. However be careful walking through the private entrance to the beach at night. While walking back from the beach there was a copperhead sitting on the white cement wall. We could not see him until we were close. We ended up walking through the parking lot next to the path the rest of the time. Other than our snake encounter I can’t wait to go back.

Terrific from booking to check-out!

We were traveling for a baseball tournament and chose this property because others from our team were staying near by. We booked about six months out and everything was perfect! I appreciate the communication from start to finish. Everything was clearly explained in the communication and there were no surprises! Our family enjoyed the condo and our time in Gulf Shores. The condo was exactly as pictured, very nice and clean. The washer and dryer in the unit was great as we had lots of baseball laundry. Everything in the condo was very nice and well kept. The ease of everything made our vacation stress free!

Short Beach Stay at Seabreeze

It was really simple booking! All the instructions were clear as to what to do and how to check-in. Check-in was super quick and easy! There was a nice little tote filled with a beach ball, frisbee, waters, and a reusable water bottle, which came in handy for one of us! It’s only about a 3-minute walk to the guest entrance to the beach! When we removed our shoes, we noticed the floor was a little dirty when we first arrived—probably residual sand and dirt from previous residents. Also, the covers in the twin room smelled a little weird so we rewashed them before we slept in them, but overall, it was a very, very good stay especially for the price! I’d definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Bedding was filthy

Overall, our stay was enjoyable and the property was as advertised, but the bedding was disgusting. When we arrived late to check in the first thing I noticed were the stains on the quilt on the master bed. I went to grab a replacement quilt from the closet and it too was dirty. The shams on my bed had blood stains on them and the shams on the other beds had stains as well. The sheets and pillow cases were clean, but it appeared that none of the other bedding had been washed for quite sometime. I called the number provided and they could not bring clean bedding that night, but did replace all the bedding the next morning.

great for party goers who aren't neat freaks.

the place is very dirty... walls are full of dust and dirt. The pool was cloudy and full of party goers until late at night. Would suggest if your kids stay up late and you eat out. The pots are flaking black specs, not suitable for cooking. The beach access by path was the only redeeming feature. It's tucked away and not easy to see though. The property managers are amazing. This condo needs a deep cleaning!!

Softball Tournament

Stayed a week here for daughter’s softball Nationals. Unit was just as described! Check-in process was super easy! Arrived about an hour early on a Sunday, called the after-hours number and was quickly answered and allowed early entrance to the unit. My wife and I and 3 kids aged 7, 13, & 16 had plenty of room.

Great location

Second time we’ve stayed at this location, including same room. We love coming here. The location is great. Easy access to beach, just a short walk. Amenities are great, has a pool, and washer and dryer.

Loved it!

We loved everything about our stay at Sea Breeze. There were a couple small issues-our designated parking spot was blocked by a construction trailer, so we had a little trouble finding a place to park that was not marked. The other minor issue was that the WIFI did not work at all. I contacted property management (Patti) and she did an amazing job working with us to fix any and all issues. I would highly recommend this location. Thanks for a beautiful week.

Affordable option

We got this reservation at the last moment. 24 hours before arrival. All other options were so much more expensive. Our site was very well decorated, clean, well equipped. The outside needs some TLC. They are still doing renovations from the storm. Pool was nice. Parking was a challenge at times because we could only use one of six open spaces. We made it work.

Nice Property and Great Location

Nice condo located right across from the beach. Condo was clean and some what spacious. Unit is right in front of the elevator which is a plus. Thought we were going to hear ppl coming on/off of it, but never heard anyone. Living room and bedrooms were big but kitchen is small. Sleeps 6 and it fit my family (2 adults & 4 kids) fine, but not suitable for 6 adults or bigger teen kids. I might have misread the description but I thought there was a pullout couch. Only negatives were that we had to go out and buy more toilet paper as there were only 2 rolls for us to use. Parking spot for unit is a nightmare to get into, especially if you drive a big SUV or truck. It’s literally the last spot in front of the pool and you have to squeeze around another vehicle and try not to hit the building. Lol. Closest public beach access is a good 200 yards walk. Cellphone signal was hit or miss while on the property. WiFi password for the unit was nowhere to be found. Other then that we had a great time and look for to going back next yr.
