This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.

Welcome to Boardwalk 487. This 3 bed/ 2 bath condo on the 4th floor is designed with comfort in mind. Sit back and enjoy the views of the Gulf of Mexico in the cozy living area that has a flat screen TV and space to enjoy your family. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to enjoy homecooked meals. There is a dining table that seats six people comfortably and there is seating for four at the bar area. Enjoy the breeze on the private balcony where you can take in all the sights of what the beaches of Gulf Shores has to offer.

The primary bedroom has a comfy king size bed and a flat screen television so you can unwind after a long day at the beach. The bathroom has a tub and shower combination. The second bedroom has queen size bed and a flat screen television the guest bathroom has a tub/ shower combo as well. The third bedroom has 2 sets of twin size bunk beds. This condo sleeps up to eight people. There is a washer and dryer in the unit.

This 70-unit complex is in the heart of shopping attractions entertainment and dining including the famous Sea-n-Suds restaurant on-site. While outdoors enjoy the gulf side pool sundeck and BBQ area.

You must be at least 25 years of age or older to reserve this vacation rental. This is a non-smoking property. Free Parking with a 2 car maximum. No pets are permitted Monthly rentals accepted November - March 1st.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

The condo itself was amazing and worked well for our family of 9 ages 14-75. It was better than advertised. The parking situation could be better. There were a few times we almost couldn't find parking in either lot for either of our vehicles. The pool area was perfect & had plenty of chairs & room to lay out. We would definitely recommend this condo for your next stay.

The unit is nice but needs some upkeep. Looks like someone has kicked in the front door at some point but they just screwed the cracked frame back on. The smoke detector was chirping loudly with a dead battery. It was 60 degrees inside when we checked in because it was 37 degrees outside and thermostat was set on cool. The deck furniture was all piled up together...heavy furniture to move. Blinds are sagging, curtain rod broken, refrigerator drawers cracked. Could be very nice condo with some upkeep.
