This stunning condo has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room is set with a very cozy seating area to enjoy watching the large flat screen T.V. that is complete with a wireless DVD player. If you don’t want to watch T.V. you can just sit back and enjoy the breathtaking panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen is stocked to any chef's needs. There is a drip coffee maker and also a Keurig coffee maker. This kitchen has lovely granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area is complete with a long kitchen table that will seat 7 comfortably. The large master bedroom provides a comfortable king size bed, a large flat screen T.V. and a private balcony entrance. Connected to the master bedroom is a personal bathroom with double sinks. The second bedroom has a king size bed with a flat screen TV and also has a private entrance to the second bathroom. The third and final bedroom has two twin beds. This bedroom also comes with a flat screen TV. This unit also comes stocked with a full size stacked washer and dryer. All the floors in this condo are either ceramic tile or wood and there are ceiling fans throughout . The balcony area does have a dining table with four chairs in addition to the two lounge chairs for relaxing. This condo also provides internet/Wi-Fi access and a designated parking space. Don't forget to tour the historic Fort Morgan just a mile down the road. Tacky Jacks is just across the road for fresh seafood. Book a fishing charter or a sightseeing tour at the marina beside Tacky Jacks. Sassy Bass is just about five miles down the road. For the golf enthusiast, Kiva Dunes is a short drive away.
