*This condo is on the second floor and requires walking up two flights of stairs as there is no elevator.

*Guests will be required to pay a parking fee of $26.25 per vehicle (up to two vehicles) upon arrival.

*Must be 25 or older to book and be present for the duration of the stay.

*Rental agreement and ID matching the credit card used is required after reservation is made.
