"On initial check in, my requested room was not available. Young check in girl made it right. Property is run down. Dead bolt was broken, space under door was not flush to the floor, no room phones but the property was well lit."

"Overall we enjoyed our stay. The price was what we needed for this trip. The staff was helpful and attentive, the area was well lit, the location was great and has two great restaurants next door. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the staff even opened it early for my children one morning. The only downside is that the facilities were older and could use an upgrade especially the carpet. Due to this the rooms have an unpleasant smell. "

"My room was new and had the nicest all tile bathroom of ant place I have stayed. The lady at Reception was delightful & the bed was comfy & I love places that have a fridge & microwave so I can make my own dinner. "

"This place is older but it’s well kept and quiet. If you’re looking for somewhere close to the water but don’t want to pay Destin prices, try here. They also have a working elevator which was nice. Air was very cold too. "

"The staff was so nice this is an older motel and rooms are very small but they are comfortable and room for two is what you have . There’s no door to the bathroom which is weird no privacy there but it is clean and quiet. They don’t have an ice machine or snack machines nor a pool just rooms. So if your alone traveling for a night in that area it’s worth a hot shower and clean place to stay!"
