CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
New reservations booked after May 16th, 2025 will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes will be waiting in your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon arrival.
Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

The condo was great, clean and perfect for our 3 couples. Location was great as well! Only complaint was rented a 3 bedroom condo and could only park 1 vehicle without an extra cost. If this rule was in the VRBo listing I did not see it, if this changed after my booking I should have been notified

We loved our stay and the amazing view at the Broadmoor #901! The views can’t be beat! Saw lots of dolphins! Condo very nice and plenty of room for our group of 6!

The condo was so Beautiful !

When I first walked in the condo my first thought was oh my Goodness this place is absolutely perfect !! The views are spectacular the layout was amazing. I would absolutely rent this condo again. The only downfall was the pool was closed the entire time, as well as They were working on the side of the building which put debris on our patio.

My family's August '22 Vacation

Great room, loved that every bedroom had it's own bathroom. Loved the little nook in the kitchen for the extra table with views on three sides. Good sized pool. Good hot tub. Only dissappointment was the construction going on. Having to keep moving the chairs back and forth was frustrating. Would stay there again.

Beautiful view

This place was very big and had beautiful views all around. I absolutely loved that each bedroom had a bathroom and I loved the ice machine in the wet bar. The elevators did go down one day after pressure washing was done and atleast one elevator remainder down the rest of our stay. The beds and everything was very soft and comfy. It had everything we needed. If I had to add one thing Is to add more wash cloths to the master bathroom especially.

Dont stay until construction is finished!

I was not informed that work would be going in during my stay. Workmen outside the sliding glass doors and construction through out the complex. Alot of noise. Was not a relaxing vacation.

Combined family vacation!

We had a combined family/friend vacation for a week and this condo was perfect! 3 bedroom 3 bath with large family room. Not a super populated condominium so there was no elevator traffic. We stay in orange beach every year and this was one of the best experiences! There is construction going on next door for some beach houses so the beach was not over populated in that space. It was amazing. Only thing I would change is to put a deadbolt lock on the front door because my toddler mastered opening the front door easily and there was no way to lock from the inside. Just the outdoor PIN code.

Excellent stay in a beautiful venue!

The unit was perfectly appointed with layout and view! Beds were extremely comfortable! Nice updated bathrooms and kitchen/dining areas. Loved the balcony view as well. Got a bonus view of an outdoor concert at FloraBama too! Fantastic value. The only recommendations I would add is better instructions to the Liquid office (late at night is a little confusing) and I loved that you highlighted the strict parking, I just didn’t read it. :). Would love a little more toilest paper and trash bags, maybe salt and pepper, and clarify that you do not have a keurig. That’s the only thing that would have made it over the top, but regardless, we’ll be back!

Beautiful views & short walk

Usually we stay a little further in Destin so not as familiar with Orange Beach. We were pleasantly surprised at the nice views, spacious condo & short walk to be on the beach. There was a fear of getting stuck in the elevator since someone got stuck while we were there but it didn't happen to us. The key was not working right & hard to do. Had we not been there during day hours it would have been bad trying to get in. We had to have assistance.

Beautiful condo, great views, well stocked kitchen

The condo was very nice and had lots of seating and table space for our group. The kitchen had everything that you would have in your kitchen at home; so cooking was easy. We had an issue with the air conditioning during part of the stay; I made one call to the agent and it was fixed within 2 hours of the first call. The elevators were very quick and we never waited more than a couple of minutes for one and we loved the underground parking. Plenty of carts to take everything to your room when you arrive and if you go shopping. The only negative was the distance from our usual eating and shopping destinations; but we knew that when we booked. I would stay here again; it was more like home than many of the condos we have stayed in before. The owners put a lot of thought and personal touches in the decor.

We will be back.SIDE NOTE: We were disappointed we were told the building was under repair due to storm damage, but it was obvious the building was undergoing major updates (new paint, new decking, power washing building, etc) that rendered the swimming pool and hot tub unavailable. Which we would have used since 3 of the two days we were under a rip tide warning.

Construction & Pool Closed Not Disclosed

This listing did not disclose that construction would be every day at 7 am and all day. Right on the balcony of this unit. Also the pool was CLOSED. I would not have chosen this property if those things were disclosed. I sent a message to the owner to try to work it out because I was wanting to give them a benefit of the doubt. After 4 full days still NO RESPONSE.
