Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This newly remodeled condo offers new kitchen appliances, TVs in both bedrooms and an 80" living room TV. Surround sound speakers with Bluetooth. 1100 sq ft. As a guest of the complex you have access to the shared swimming pool as well as the clubhouse that includes a lounge, exercise equipment and an infrared sauna. This gem is located 1 mile from Pensacola Beach, the boardwalk and many of the best restaurants in the area.

Minimum stay of 7 days is required. The condominium association has specific rules and regulations for all guests and tenants while on the property (including contact info for each guest) and they monitor the grounds to make sure they're followed.
