"The room was clean and the staff very friendly. The kaiseki provided was very tasty and local, with staff who are knowledgeable about the food and the area. "Staffs of front desk are rude and ignore clients. Shuttle bus did not showed up and hotel is old. Do not pick it if you have choice."
