"40th Anniversary stated at booking, never acknowledged until I mentioned last night of our stay. Luggage took awhile so we headed out to eat. Met our luggage in the elevator unattended riding the floors. Luggage should never be unattended, no excuse. Service was extremely rude at Dino's Fri afternoon and French crepe Cafe Sunday evening.
