"The room was infested with pests: cockroaches, ants and bed bugs. We saw 3 during our first night at the bathtub, toilet (flying erratically) and at the main room vanity table. My son had bites when he woke up during our first night, and our food always have ants crawling if we miss putting it in the ref. The staff aren't so helpful with our needs such as room service, toiletries re-fill (we asked for a roll of toilet paper twice but were not given) even though the property is not fully booked,...

"It has what you want, decent pool, breakfast buffet, parking. Pool hours not great, food not great, parking was ok. The real downside to this place is noise, it's SO noisy, I could hear ppl in the bathroom. I don't mean pipes or water. I could hear farting and such through the wall. The doors, exterior stairs, cleaning carts. It was so noisy, 24 hours a day. Brutal I just can't recommend this place"

"Better than average hotel with a very helpful staff and welcoming feel. Stayed 2 nights. Location was terrible. Very isolated industrial area. Rooms had good storage, soft-close toilets, good A/C, BUT the most slippery shower floor ever (dangerous!). Breakfast was adequate. Pool area was good!"

"Everything was fantastic! Room & bathroom were spacious, the water pressure was great, the bed was comfortable, the room was spotless, the breakfast had plenty of options, and the location was ideal for exploring. The staff was friendly and helpful, I would definitely stay again."
