"We recently enjoyed a delightful weekend getaway at Chapelton Cottage. The cottage itself is charming and impeccably clean. It has everything we needed for a relaxing stay, including a cozy fireplace, a comfortable bed, a fully-equipped kitchen and many other extras. We were fortunate with the weather and spent most of the evening time outside enjoying a BBQ and the massive firepit. The location was perfect for anyone seeking a getaway from the hustle and bustle and we would highly recommend...

"A wonderful cosy cottage near Kinross. The cottage was well equipped with very comfortable furnishings. We enjoyed meeting the owners who were very kind and friendly. Lots to see and do in the area. Easy access to Perth or Edinburgh by train or bus.We enjoyed the outside patio with lovely views of tranquil farmland."

"A lovely property with a stunning view! All sorts of experiences from 30 minutes to 2 hours away. We enjoyed golf, Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Saint Andrews, Dunnottar Castle and more. Fully equipped kitchen made at home meals easy with grocery nearby. Outdoor fire pit was warm and welcoming at night. Gordon is a gracious and helpful host … the his “pet” pheasant very cool to see so close up! Highly recommend this rental to all."

The retreat was luxury from start to finish with beautiful touches throughout the property to create the feeling of a home away from home. Wi-Fi connection was excellent and full cable services and digital apps available, which was perfect for rainy days. "My husband and I stayed two nights at this sweet oasis while we toured the sites of Edinburgh, Stirling Castle and Falkland Palace. Dawn provided nice quality toiletries, a well-stocked kitchen, excellent hot water pressure, and a very comfortable bed. She greeted us warmly and gave excellent recommendations for places to go in town. (There is a fabulous wood fired pizza take-out place called Casanova and several other restaurants. "What an amazing cottage. Dont know where to begin. The cottage is lovely and cosy. There was an amazing welcome pack upon arrival with the most delicious scones & shortbread amongst other things. As the title suggests theres better things to see than watch TV. Within an hour of arrival we were visited by a red squirrel who along with 2 others kept us entertained for the week. "Our stay at Honeybrook Cottage was wonderful. The garden at the back of the cottage was an amazing oasis. The property is well appointed and was very good base for our five day stay and visits to the surrounding areas. We couldn’t ask for any better hostess than Cheryl. She had some necessities ready for us on arrival and some additional items such as artisan bread and homemade jam. Most importantly she showed me the “trick” in starting the fireplace…it started every time on my first try…Thanks...
