Blueshack - Walking distance to foreshore

Situated on a corner block right across the road from Guilderton Golf Course, only a couple of doors down from the river mouth, this is a highly sought after spot. This cute 4 bedroom holiday home is walking distance to the beach and river making it ideal for families. Sleeping 9, it's perfect for 2 families to get away.
The home has just been fully renovated. It features two outdoor areas, new kitchen fitted with a dishwasher and stainless steel appliances, spacious open plan living and dining, all good size bedrooms (one bedroom outside with access externally).

Great town great location. House is appointed well, however.. Advertised as 3 queen beds, but only two were accessible. My partner ended up on lower bunk & I had to use the couch. Back door was jammed shut - absolute fire hazard. Agent failed to return contact.

Great location

We loved our stay, great easy location to river and beach. Very much a beach shack but has everything you need. Only issue was l found it needed a big spring clean. I found the cushion covers grotty, dirty dishes in cupboards and cobwebs around. If it were a little fresher l would of given 5 stars

Nice spot

Nice location. The house was clean but tired, lots of peeling paint. We had an issue with the fridge that took a few hours to get a response about so we organised car fridges from Perth to keep food cold.

Could do with a good spring clean as items like fans were covered in dust, so before using we had to pull apart and clean. Would have been nice to be told that one of the rooms was only accessible via the porch and not through main house. But apart from those couple of things was a pleasant stay in a great location.

Excellent location and peaceful bush setting

Great cottage for a quiet getaway at Moore River. Very easy walk to the river mouth and golf course. Pet friendly (but no secure yard) which is the main reason we booked it. Nice bush garden and deck. Great selection of movies and board games plus wifi and netflix, which kept the children happy when it rained. One queen bedroom is separate from the rest of the house with no bathroom (not suitable for small children). Bedrooms all comfortable. Sleeps 10. Reasonably well-maintained, fine for a beach holiday.

NIce little beach shack

the paint was coming off the roof in the spare bedroom and it smelt quite stale when we first walked in, but once we opened the windows and lit some candles it was ok, other than that it was a cute little place that allowed dogs. Great DVD collection we watched the whole series of Lord of the rings! EVerything there we needed. Thank you

What a great location. Beds were clean and comfortable. Very well equipped kitchen and plenty of games and DVDs etc. Could improve with bigger and better outdoor and indoor tables. While beds and benches etc clean the whole house could do with a thorough clean

Great location and great house!

We love our weekend at Istana. The house is in a great location, such a short walk to the river mouth. The house had everything we needed and so many things we didn't expect. All the books and toys for the kids and having plastic cutlery, bowls and plates etc was great. We didn't realise that one of the bedrooms could only be accessed externally but other than that - everything was great!
