Old renovated Basque house, 200 m away from Cénitz Beach, with a view of the sea

Large and beautiful half-timbered house, typical for the Basque Country of the 1900's. It has a 900-sq.m garden, and it was completely renovated in 2011 with a quality decoration. The apartment is situated 200 metres away from the beach, 5 minutes away from the village and all activities are nearby. Le Fronton and the village square, for example, where animations such as the typical 'pelote basque' ballgame are organised. There also are very sought-after restaurants with views of the sea and exquisite fish dishes (such as the Héréclito, Le Madrid, Harotzel Costa, or Les Frères Ibarboure). There are a lot of surf spots, but also beaches for swimming, relaxing, and so on. Guéthary is a jewel of the Basque Country. It is a well-preserved fishermen village.

The house offers a sixties design and decoration, very fancy and with noble materials. It provides great comfort. There are five bedrooms with a private bathroom and toilet each. The house sleeps 12. Beds and high chairs for children are available. There is television, a home cinema, an integrated Bose sound system, free wireless internet, and a fireplace (wood provided). There also is a terrace with a view of the sea, a garden with trees and a barbecue. The living room is large (60 sq.m), and there is a kitchen and a utility room. The house is secured with a digital lock and an electric gate: there are four car spaces available. During the low season, the house is also available for 'long weekend formulas' (3 days).
