"The bed was not comfortable, and it seemed that the bed sheets had not been properly cleaned. The portable fan was very noisy, so I had to turn it off in order to sleep. Additionally, I was not provided with a remote control for the air conditioning, which made it difficult to adjust the room temperature. Overall, these issues negatively affected my stay and comfort."
