This private, two-level home is beautifully secluded on the shores of Fife Creek, less than two miles north of Guerneville's unique shops and eateries. Take majestic morning hikes through Armstrong Redwoods State Natural Reserve half a mile north, spend the summer swimming in the Russian River at Johnson's Beach and Guerneville River Park less than two miles south, and taste the fruits of the region at Stumptown Brewery (two miles southeast) and Korbel Champagne Cellars (three miles southeast).

Warm, quiet, and adorned with natural wood, the living space is a respite for hikers, wine enthusiasts, and travelers in search of serene relaxation. Sip your morning coffee in the warmth of the wood-burning stove, prepare homemade breakfasts in the full kitchen, and read the paper on the deck with your dog curled up at your feet.

Spend summer days kayaking the Russian River, riding bikes over to Stumptown, and driving out to the wild ocean coast 14 miles west. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are two active security cameras in the main bedroom: one facing the front driveway through the main front window and one facing out the side window towards the creek. A third camera is facing out the kitchen window towards the red shed out back.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
