"Overall, Hôtel Fleur de Lys Point E made for a comfortable and pleasant stay, and I would recommend it, particularly for solo travelers. The neighborhood felt safe and navigable, which as a solo traveler matters more than anything else. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the experience feel warm and welcoming throughout my stay....

"The staff at this residence were extremely professional and friendly. The room was spotless and noise free. I reserved my stay for 2 days, but, I was in the middle of moving to Touba that I didn’t sleep more than 6 hours in the room OR have the opportunity to eat at the hotel restaurant. But overall great experience and would recommend this residence to family and friends. "

"I paid the room through hotel.com but Hotel say that they don't receive any money and the hotel is full. Hotel answer customer service (hotel.com) that they don't speak English. They do not refunding the money back to hotel.com"

"The receptionist was very rude and dismissive. I honestly do not understand how he is in customer service!"

"I had an excellent stay here before an early flight from Dakar. The hotel is not that far from the airport and they offer an airport shuttle. It's very close to the stadium. The restaurant was excellent. The room was soacious and clean. The only downside is it is far from central Dakar, but it's perfect if you have an early morning flight."
