"First stay in the Lancelot since renovations and very pleasantly surprised! Looks bright and inviting and the rooms are much improved. I love this hotel and the area with a great beach across the road and would thoroughly recommend it. With a few additions (maybe more toiletries and a kettle in the room) I am certain it could be 4 Star. The staff are all very helpful and friendly but I would particularly like to thank Alvaro, who was so helpful at my check in and departure. He is a real star! My only slight disappointment (and obviously not the hotel's fault) I couldn't sleep with the balcony door open as I like to do as there was so much noise from the tractor on the beach(!) very early in the mornings and also very noisy people in the area outside the hotel late at night."

"From the moment we arrived we found exeptional service from the reception staff. As there was little queue we were invited to another desk to check in. Room was very clean and decorated with taste. All staff, cleaners, receptionists, waiters, cooks, gardeners, bartenders were very friendly and helpfull. Dining was very good, variety of food so everybody could find something they liked. We used dolce vita restaurant for my partners bday and there was no disappointment either, everything tasted as in Italy. We even received bday card from experience manager from the hotel. Check out process very quick and without any issues. I can highly recommend this hotel. "

"We enjoyed a pleasant relaxing stay. The hotel and the staff are exceptional. Only thing stopping me from booking for next year is the amount of information the Spanish government wants them to collect from December. If it happens then I will look elsewhere. Shame really, it's a beautiful place."

"We had a lovely stay. Room is basic but fine for what we needed. Beds are comfy but pillows not so much, 2 pillows for each person would be better. Sofa could do with a little clean. Facilities are good, breakfast was good and staff are friendly. Both times we have stayed here we have had to wait for are rooms to be ready, perhaps the hotel need to look to change their 2pm check in time that they state. But overall we had a lovely stay and will definitely come back to stay again soon. "
