"This is a no frills hotel. When I arrived my reserved room was given away and I was assigned a small room by the hotel front door instead of the hillside view executive suite I reserved. First of all, there are no hill side views from this hotel. Second, you and any other guest has to ring a door bell to enter or exit the hotel so do not by any means get a room by the front door.
