"Ein Landgut wird beworben, eine heruntergekommene und schmutzige Anlage findet man vor. Überall Müll am Gelände, die Küche/Kühlschrank verdreckt, nicht gekehrt und die Bäder eine Zumutung. Wir mussten erstmal putzen.. Klimatisiert sind nur 2 Doppelzimmer über ein klappriges Gerät in einem Vorraum - wie man hier in heißen Monaten mit bis zu 8 Personen schlafen soll möchten wir uns nicht vorstellen. Viele alte Möbel wo überall kaputte Dinge drin waren, das Untergeschoss nur eine Rumpelkammer......

The view form the property was incredible over the ocean and the house is located about a 5-10 min drive south of San Vito Lo Capo and it was very quiet and convenient. "Location: The house is located outside Castellamare and you will need a car to reach the beaches (which are spectacular, especially Riserva dello Zingaro, 15 mins by car) There are stores and cafe 2-3 mins driving and the center is only 5 mins driving. You cannot really walk anywhere from the house because there is no sidewalk and the road is pretty busy. The villa is located in a quiet neighbourhood approx 3-4 miles outside of Marsala with lovely views. You will need a car to get around of course. A bit of advice would be not to get a big car as the driveway is quite narrow and steep (having said that given some of the very narrow streets in Marsala and other surrounding towns there’s a very good reason to stick to...

"Gîte propre et bien placé, mais petit pour 4 personnes et peu équipé (mais avec climatisation !). Cecilia est très accueillante, donne de bons conseils ... et maîtrise très bien les logiciels de traduction pour comprendre et se faire comprendre ! Bonne localisation, accessible à pied du port, tous commerces à proximité, vue mer depuis la petite terrasse. Rayonnement facile en voiture pour réserve de Zingaro et Segeste. "

"One street off the main hub in a quiet courtyard. A fairly large ground floor apartment was most welcome. The bed was comfortable, the hot water was great and the apartment was true to the photos. Opening the door to the courtyard provided good light. Such a great position, just about equidistant from the sea on both sides of the peninsula."
