This holiday rental villa in Tuscany is characterized by a large shaded terrace, equipped with barbecue, tables and chairs, a solarium area with sunbeds deckchairs and external shower and private heated swimming pool (10 x 5 mt. – depth 150 cm.).

Holiday Villa Scudo offers 12 beds and has its own style, very elegant and refined, but at the same time sober and never excessive.

Large living room with fireplace, kitchen and direct access to the terrace from every corner of the house. The beauty of the countryside together with the warm colors of the rooms, the earthenware and stone floors, and elegant furniture make this holiday villa near Pisa so homely and welcoming.

The six bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are spacious and comfortable with elegant fixtures and furnishings, not to mention air conditioning, some of the rooms have four-poster beds and fine stone washbasins.

WATER CONSUMPTION: In case of water problems in the area the Society could fix a limit of water consumption considered included. Over this limit the consumption will be an extra cost to be paid at the end of the holiday period at the price € 5,00/m3. We will calculate a sufficient amount of water to cover normal consumption for a normal holiday stay. This is to avoid water wastage.

Fee to pay in case the rubbish is left at the villa at the end of the stay € 150.

Daily pick up rubbish service, weekly price € 70.

The following might be to be paid extra: Air conditioning, Final Cleaning, Gas, Pets, Refundable Security Deposit.
