"This is a stunning country estate with a historic villa and guest home. It is exquisitely decorated and immaculately manicured. It is set in a bucolic field of olive groves with a beautiful pool. The owners are engaging and the staff is very attentive. It is by far the most charming spot in the area. "

The room is very quiet even though there is a busy piazza with plenty of restaurants and activity nearby. Easy to access free parking nearby with an elevator taking you up to the city center, only about 8 minute walk to the lodging. Very welcoming, helpful host."

Very historic rooms. Be sure you are ready for a somewhat challenging drive and narrow road up to hotel which can be challenging at times. We love this place and will return. A real advantage is the en suite bathroom situation, albeit some bathrooms and showers roomier than others. Highlight is outdoor dining patio where we took all meals given the mild September weather.
