"Everything was excellent except we had no hot water to take a shower. When I mentioned it at checkout the gentleman said "Oh yes, they are working on fixing it". Large assortment for breakfast and comfortable bed. I booked a seaview room but only had the view of a building but that's ok since it was just one night. Friendly staff at the front desk"

"An Absolute Italian Paradise! Our stay at Jo’s beautiful property in Isca Beach was absolutely amazing! The property was even more beautiful in person than we expected—it truly felt like an Italian paradise!The location was perfect, less than 20 minutes from Soverato and close to plenty of restaurants and shops, while still being in a peaceful, quiet area away from busy streets. The beach was just up the road, so we enjoyed some days at the beach and others relaxing by the beautiful pool. It was the perfect balance!The property was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and perfect for our large family. We were a group of 11 and everyone slept comfortably. The large pool, many lounge chairs, and gorgeous gazebo with a big table and chairs were perfect for spending time together, enjoying meals, and making memories.Jo and Samantha were wonderful hosts! They were so kind and welcoming, their communication was excellent, and whenever we needed anything, they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.Our entire family absolutely loved our stay. There was something so special about the peace, simplicity, and beauty of this property. We made unforgettable memories and truly didn’t want to leave!We can’t wait to come back! "We were greeted by Monia, she was very friendly and happy to help with our needs. The location was awesome just south of Pizzo, with both walking and ape rides into Pizzo, a short drive less than a couple minutes. The apartment was really awesome with great views, large balcony, inside great room sizes with kitchen with gas stove, and large refrigerator, complete with dishes and utensils for use. The grounds were greatly maintained, with a large outside pool right outside the rooms, and a few steps further was a private beach area with chairs and umbrellas and access to the sea. The train station was very close walking distance to get to Tropea and more. The property offered breakfast, lunch and dinner, mostly sandwiches and pizzas, with a minimal bar area. There was adequate parking for our vehicle and the property seemed very safe. The staff was very friendly and helpful to our needs. I felt is was a great location and property. Thank you everyone for making our stay wonderful. We appreciate all of you, and will see you again."

"This hotel was an excellent experience. Staff are very friendly. The rooms have excellent air-conditioning. Well needed for hot summers. The pool is a great addition as well. All you can eat buffet was pretty good and then having a restaurant for a late night eat was a great addition. I highly recommend."
