"Fantastic colonial hotel in a perfect location in the center of the old city of Guanajuato .. beautiful breakfast room with towering stone walls with a fabulous and delicious breakfast selection. Hotel employes incredibly caring and helpful and friendly. Within walking distance of many of the must see sites to see in Guanajuato. Room was very very nice.. bathroom a little undersized but definitely clean and functional. One of the best boutique hotels where we have ever stayed !"

"This was my first time staying at this hotel and I will be back. Staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The location is great! Breakfast buffet was excellent. So good that you may have to wait for a table!"

"Amazing hotel to stay! Close to all points of interest. So many activities to stumble upon without even trying. Dining options close by and very reasonably priced. Hotel personnel were very attentive. Super clean and beautifully decorated. Enjoying rooftop is a must any time of day. The only feedback I would give is that the water in the shower only gets lukewarm. Also there are fire pits on the rooftop that (according to hotel personnel) have not worked for years. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"Very central location, clean and staff is very polite and helpful. Laundry service on site. Have also AC and elevator for two persons at a time (no luggage). They do charge for bottle water after the first two provided. A little noisy on the weekend since it’s right on the plaza and music goes on until late hours. I did not see access to roof top or pool. "
