"We recently stayed there and had a fantastic experience. From start to finish, there was really nothing to complain about, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Florecen.Here is what made our stay so memorable: Excellent Service: The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were highly attentive and accommodated most of our requests without any hesitation. Perfect Location: The property is within short walking distance of the historic city, which was a massive plus for exploring without needing to constant rely on transport. Comfortable Rooms: Our room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after long days of sightseeing. Standout Rooftop: The absolute highlight was the rooftop lounge and bar. It was excellent and offered a truly spectacular view of the historic city—the perfect spot to unwind in the evening.We had a wonderful time and will definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel , but it is a bit of a trek into Florence . If you choose to walk it's about an hour or you can get the bus but that takes between 20 minutes with no traffic to over 40 minutes at busy times . We did use taxis occasionally but they are expensive 30 euros into town each way. But it was lovely to return to the peace and quiet after a long day sightseeing and using their wonderful swimming pool."
