"Pros: The Villa was amazing and the host was very accommodating to our needs. We were able to check in 4 hours early and welcomed with 2 bottles of wine. We asked for the pool to be heated ready for when we arrived and asked for a late checkout at short notice. Neither was an issue. I'll be looking to stay in this villa again next year"

Coffee machine still had coffee grinds and paper filter in it and god only knows how long it had been there, the BBQ was filthy and the gas bottle was empty, had it been the end of the season I could perhaps understand but the start of the season? Cupboard doors hanging off the hinges, outdoor cushions...
