"Hotel que necesita mantenimiento por fuera y por dentro. No tiene ascensor (ni siquiera una pequeña rampa en la entrada). El desayuno es regular: la calidad de los embutidos es bastante baja, hay cubiertos y tazas sucias (algunas MUY sucias). Y no cuidan los detalles: no hay agua, no encienden la tostadora de pan... Las habitaciones están muy mal insonorizadas y hace frío (el AC/calefacción no llega a calentar). El hotel está muy apartado de todo, es poco práctico. La wifi va lenta. "

The owners and staff embody genuine kindness, attention, and warmth in every interaction. Their generosity of spirit and joy in caring for guests created an atmosphere of respect and heart that went far beyond service. We never once felt like customers; we felt like part of their extended family. We left with deep gratitude, wishing we could have stayed longer if we hadn’t had to leave"

"We loved the house and the facilities both indoors and outdoors which was ideal with having five children with us, made all the better by some glorious weather. There were some disappointments which we lived with but which in truth fell short of acceptable standards for a rental property such as the kitchen where there was no kettle and the oven did not work nor did some of the cooker hob plates and in the showers the shower heads were not fit for purpose. We chose to live with and work around some of these issues because the home which has huge space and of great character and the outdoor space and facilities such as the fabulous swimming pool enabled a thoroughly enjoyable holiday."
