The space
The first bedroom is a very comfortable king size and specially planned for resting, with its own bathroom and being on a 9th floor, makes it less noisy.

The second bedroom is a bunk bed with 2 queen size beds and a desk to make "home office". This room also has its own bathroom that it shares with the living and dining room.

All our bedrooms with black out to darken the room in the morning and get better rest.

At the entrance you can enjoy the living room and dining room, with a different style and colorful design, designed to impress you and spend unique moments with the 55"TV and 50 mb internet.

It has covered parking for 2 cars, 2 gyms, a jogging track and a very large pool area. (the POOL WILL BE OUT OF SERVICE DUE TO MAINTENANCE FROM SEPTEMBER 22 TO 26)

It is super safe since it has a 24-hour security guard.

It has a washing center, hair dryer, coffee maker, sandwich maker, iron and donkey and everything you need to cook, prepare drinks and enjoy your trip to the fullest (sheets, towels, shampoo, soap and toilet paper).

The entrance is autonomous with a lockbox where the keys are located and you can enter at any time and check in.

Pets are not allowed because it is forbidden in the building.

Note: The building accepts a maximum capacity of 6 adults and one child under 12 years old. We can accept that the 7th person is an adult, but an additional process will have to be carried out for the ckeck in.

You can walk to Midtown, Punto Sao Paulo (financial area) and Santa Teresita. By car or uber, it will take you 4-5 minutes to reach the Chapultepec area.

The rate shown per night is the base price, which includes from 1 to 3 guests. From the next guest this will generate a different cost, of $200 pesos per person per night.
Guest access
The pool can be accessed with a maximum of 6 people with an access card that we leave in the apartment and the gym maximum 2 people at the same time. The jogging track is unrestricted, as are the rest of the common areas.

The gym, pool, and common areas are shared with other departments.

The main restrictions are moderate noise after 9 pm and respect for the neighbors.

The pool is for 6 people simultaneously and the gym for 2 people and it is important to respect the internal rules of no drinks, food or speakers with high level

Please note that some of the furniture and ornaments shown in the pictures may change due to wear and tear, but that will not affect your stay at all. The bottles of wine, glasses, flowers, etc that can be seen in the photo, or are included in the rent and are only put there for photography.

Please indicate very well the number of people who will stay, because after 4 people, there is a charge per person per night.
