"We only stayed one night but after our experience we wish we had booked the hotel longer. Beautiful place, great amenities, helpful staff. First place I will look to book if I go back to Innsbruck."

"The staff there are poorly trained when it comes to some hospitality basics. We booked one night and we had a late check in around 1 am due to flight's landing time (which was precomnunicated with the hotel) in which in the second day we asked for just a 30 mins extention beyond the check out time because we were really tired..and then we were shocked by the lady's response of "It is your problem that you checked in late"...who talks like that and who trained her to behave like this! I really hope the extra 15 euros made her life and the hotel financials better."

"Goods: perfect location, quiet, delicious (though spendy) breakfast. Bad: the a/c doesn’t work well and our room was very warm. I’m a hot sleeper and even the fan they provided didn’t help. do not pick the room with outdoor covered patio with 2 chairs. While it is cute, it is fully enclosed and there is no way to open a window to help cool off this exceedingly hot room."
