Great for self catering Cons - very small bedroom ( no enough space around the bed) , reception was closed had to go the hotel next door , a bit worn out , door stopper on the floor in the bathroom too close to the toilet - causing injuries . Unfortunately, the development lacks from an attention to detail in a number of areas, including the fixtures and fittings and the layout of the kitchenette. The swimming pool and sauna were overcrowded. There is a general unclarity whether parking, wifi, towels and sheets are included or excluded from the rental, with staff at the front-desk not being able to provide clarity."

"The apartment was clean and neat. Staff were friendly. Stay was very comfortable Should have added more plugs. No place to plug on the toaster/kettle. You have to unplug the tv/light to plug them in and keep them on floor The main issue was there was no wifi. We booked through hotels.com who told there was free wifi. But the receptionist told the details were not changed even though it was informed several times."

"I stayed in Le Grand Ermitage by Nemea for 4 days and the experience was fantastic and just as promised. We were planning to check in very late, so I called them and they made arrangements for us to get into to the unit without any trouble. The receptionist was very friendly. She spoke perfect English and when I told her I am learning French, she started teaching me French. This is a very rare degree of friendliness! "Our family of 5 (3 teenagers) enjoyed our time at the chalet. The kitchen was well equipped and the decor was welcoming. The views were amazing. We highly recommend this place if you want to get out of the summer heat and spend quality family time in a gorgeous and comfortable setting. The only (minor) challenge was finding the chalet as there is another chalet nearby with the same address number. But luckily the chalets are marked with a name."
