"I couldn‘t see the property as the house was canceled 3 hours before check-in. Renters, who was in charge of the Administration of this property for my stay said the house had no gas, and they didn‘t offer a solution either for the gas or our stay. My family and I were already driving to Poland, and were almost there. It was a terrible experience. Can‘t say ir this was RENTERS fault or the property owner, as they didn‘t provide details. Although I have requested reimburesment for gas expenses...
