"The Padoue Hotel was comfortable and clean, with helpful staff. It is wonderfully located, just a short walk to the Grotto and Basilica. It rained most of the time we were in Lourdes, and thank goodness the Padoue was so well situated. Also, the lights went out in Lourdes and emergency lighting on the stairs was very helpful. One comment though: the free parking is a bit difficult to find if you are not familiar with Lourdes. It would have been more convenient to pay for street parking just in front of the hotel."

"This is such a lovely hotel! The rooms are delightful - spacious, clean, well appointed with a luxurious and comfortable bed. The view over to the Basilicas and town is stunning. The staff were a joy to deal with, super friendly and helpful. We wish we had booked additional nights. Highly recommended!"

"This property is very conveniently situated a few metres away from the Sanctuary in Lourdes. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. We have come here often before and will continue coming to this hotel."

"Helpful and friendly front desk staff. Nice lobby bar. Nice breakfast at the restaurant. Not much to complain about, except not used to the texture of the sheets and pillowcases. Much prefer the traditional flat normal sheets. "
