"It was a good experience..Although I lost my Jacket a couple of hours after I realized I left it in my room after checking out.Efforts to retrieve it was never successful and was really disappointed. I also had a refund of double payment pending with this property and no one was willing to help until a staff by name Michelle took upon herself to have the funds refunded. She promised to have it worked on and she did. Michelle,I really appreciate this and whenever I am in Berlin, I will stop by one day to thank you.
