Set in the heart of the Ausseerland, the property is only a 10-minute walk (approx. 500 meters) from the pristine Lake Grundlsee—an ideal spot for swimming, walking, or relaxing by the water. In winter, the Loser Drag Lift ski area is just 12 km away, and the Tauplitz slopes are reachable by car in about 20 minutes.
