"We stayed for about a week over New Year's Eve and this was a great place! I would definitely stay here again and I would suggest this home to anyone. Very clean. Very cosy and warm. Nice showers. Four good sized bedrooms. Board games. The house just has a friendly vibe to it. It made me smile when we walked inside.The hot tub is delightful in the winter (but the snow is really cold on your feet when you get out! Bring flip flops.). The kitchen is well stocked and even had a few spices...

"Wonderful! Guests must clean before leaving but it was easy to do within a couple hours split between the night before and the morning of leaving. Easy walk to the harbor for lunch and within an hour of most of Snaefellsnes."

"Stir guesthouse was lovely! The woman who checked us in was extremely kind and super helpful! The guesthouse is one of the movies ones we stayed at in Iceland. The common area is spacious and has a wonderful view of the ocean and Kikrjufell! The room was clean and cute, with an incredible view of the ocean and mountains! The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom is a little tight but it was just fine for one night. I felt very safe there"
