Close to the port, "Le Hameau du Phoebus" is a luxury residence composed of four apartments, each boasting a swimming pool open from mid-June to mid-September and a shared paddling pool.

This newly renovated ground-floor vacation rental offers a living room with a double sofa bed and television, a bedroom with a double bed (a single bunk bed is ideal for children), a fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a separate toilet.

You'll enjoy a pleasant terrace with garden furniture.

Super endroit.Les appartements sont proches,les enfants adorent ,la piscine est au milieu .Tres convivial ,pratique et fun..reste le problème des fourmis a regler mais ca reste secondaire.

Très bonne situation à Gruissan

Le hameau de Phoebus est idéal pour un séjour reposant en famille. Espace clos avec emplacement voiture et possibilité de joindre facilement à pied le centre ou le village. Le plus est la piscine très agréable.
