Idéalement placé

Séjour d’hiver entre Noël et jour de l’an, appartement très calme, spacieux et très lumineux. Accessible pour une personne agée (88 ans), sanitaire et chambre de plein pied. Si nous devions faire une critique constructive, ce serait au sujet des emplacements de parking qui sont vraiment trop, étroit et l’absence de télécommande pour l’ouverture du portail, les jours de pluie ce n’est vraiment pas agréable surtout avec la tramontane.Idéalement placé l’appartement donne accès au village, aux plages, au salin et à la colline, la voiture n’est pas obligatoire, de quoi prendre le temps de se ressourcer.Une adresse à retenir si vous cherchez un restaurant, les Deux Oliviers, un reve culinaire !Pour le reste que du plaisir, et ce fut un déchirement de devoir repartir dans le froid de nos montagnes.

Très joli appartement extrêmement bien placé entre plage et ville

L'appartement est spacieux, lumineux, agréablement décoré et très bien situé dans le village, à 2km de la plage des Chalets, moins de 1km du vieux village. Tout à pied possible. La cuisine est complète, l'accueil simplifié par la procédure de boite à clefs. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

Super appartement au RDC avec grande terrasse

Très bien situé pas loin du vieux centre de Gruissan et tout près du port idéal pour faire du vélo. L’appt est très lumineux et il y a tout le confort, bonne cuisine avec lave vaiselle, machine à laver, très bon wifi, parking privé et fermé

Bastante bien

Tanto el espacio como la decoración del mismo, es perfecto, al igual que la limpieza. Solamente señalar que no dispone de tostadora de pan (lo comunicamos por whatsapp, pero no obtuvimos respuesta), el váter del labavo de las habitaciones superiores, está en el piso inferior, lo cual es algo incómodo,y que la velocidad del wifi es insuficiente para el uso de un fire stick tv.

Parfait en famille.

Tout est conforme à l’annonce. Le logement est spacieux et bien équipé. Idéal pour des familles ou entre amis. La terrasse avec accès direct sur le port apporte un + à la location. Nous reviendrons dans ce logement sans problème.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce bel appartement spacieux, calme et très bien équipé. Refait à neuf il y a quelques années, l'équipement est de qualité et la décoration de bon goût. Le grand séjour est très lumineux et la terrasse très appréciable pour prendre le soleil. Nous le conseillons sans réserve.

Schönes Appartement am Hafen

Sehr sauberes, schönes, großes und mitte Oktober auch sehr ruhiges Appartement direkt an der Hafenpromenade. Der hintere Eingang zur Terasse ist perfekt, um dort die Fahrräder sicher abzustellen. Vermieter war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Belle appartement

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour, l'appartement ne manque de rien et décoré avec goût. Bien situé proche de tous port de Gruissan et du Vieux Gruissan. Trois petites remarques: la literie de la chambre du bas est à revoir, la propreté à l'entrée (les cheveux trouvé dans l'appartement) le ménage de sortie en supplément( n'était pas indiqué avant la réservation). Malgré cela nous le recommandons fortement.

Logement idéal pour familles. Tout est neuf et fait avec beaucoup de gout. Une chambre au ré-de chaussée et le reste à l’étage permet beaucoup de tranquillité. Parfait. Belle piscine. Deux petits bémols : • Literie petite avec 1m90 .. pour des familles comme la nôtre. • Terrasse « fermée » sans vue sur l’extérieur. Par contre la porte de cette terrasse donnant sur la rue un super avantage et une solution géniale pour mettre nos vélos en sécurité.

Coup de cœur à Gruissan

Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour dans cet appartement spacieux et lumineux décoré avec goût, parfait pour les familles nombreuses. Nous avons apprécié de manger en extérieur sur la grande terrasse et avoir un accès direct sur la promenade du port à proximité. Cet appartement très bien conçu est sur 2 niveaux ce qui isole agréablement les 2 chambres de l’étage avec leur salle de bain, nos adolescents s’y sont sentis très bien. Adresse à retenir à Gruissan!
