"Nice hotel with free coffee drinks in lobby. Staff is friendly and efficient. No wash cloths provided or shower caps for women. That could be easily remedied by the hotel. Other than that, rooms are spacious, well organized, and clean. Airport shuttle could have been better organized. It was packed and you had to pay as you boarded the bus, which really slowed things down. Their system works fine from the airport to the hotel, but not so well from the hotel to the airport. I would suggest prepaid shuttle passes made available when you check in to the hotel. If you are in the mood to party, forget about it. There is absolutely nothing to do in the area. I would suggest that you stay at the Clarion downtown and take the Fly train back to the airport. Best train I’ve ever ridden. "
