"From the moment I walked in the door, this hotel surprised and amazed me. The hotel smelt so lovely as soon as I walked in the door. New recruit Martyn was smiling behind the counter when I arrived and went way over and above to give me so much information about the hotel and the surrounding area. He looked absolutely dashing and obviously takes a lot of pride in his uniform and his position with this hotel. A true professional who was kind, courteous and obliging. Not sure how old the hotel is but it looks almost brand new. Rooms were absolutely spotless and incredibly comfortable and well appointed with lovely attention to detail. My bathroom was incredibly large with a very generous sized shower recess - it even had a heated floor! The bed was incredibly comfortable and tea/coffee facilities were in the room as well as a fridge. The hotel is in an excellent, quiet and safe location right in the heart of Tromsø. On the ground floor, there is a guest lounge room with a free coffee machine complete with coffee pods of many varieties. There are also games to play. Breakfast was absolutely amazing with so much to choose from. My only regret was not staying longer. This is by far one of the absolute best hotels I have ever stayed in and I highly recommend it without hesitation. You'll love it!"

"Everything was perfect! All of the staff was very kind and helpful! The food options were a little scarce but very enjoyable for a quick snack. The location is beyond perfect since it’s very centric and near good places in Tromsø 🙌 Every time I came back from a tour outside in the cold, I felt the warmth and comfort of the hotel. Totally recommend. "
