"The room was clean but very outdated and had an old-house smell. We asked twice for the room to be refreshed, but no one came. Our laundry and trash were also never picked up despite requesting it. We asked for additional towels and toilet paper, which were dropped off on the table by the door rather than placed in the bathroom. The toilet paper already in the room was also covered in some sort of blue substance. Overall, the lack of housekeeping and follow-through on our requests was disappointing."

"I had a very nice stay. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and there were a lot of options at breakfast. There were a few places the property could use some repairs or maintenance, but being clean is more important to me. I would stay here again."
