"Solid Rock Ranch met our needs as a group of 12 (7 adults, 5 kids). Renee was great! She was very responsive and accommodating. The house has a large kitchen with a huge refrigerator and separate freezer. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, although it's a haphazard collection with all different styles and types. "The hosts go out of their way to make sure you are happy and have what you need. They are very responsive and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of space for everyone and their stuff. Bathrooms are small and counter space in bathrooms is limited. some mirrors in the bedrooms could be useful but overall the house is stocked with everything you need and is very clean. Great location super close to the beach! "

"We came down to escape the heat and it was adorable and comfortable. Perfect for what we needed and rested peacefully. Space was clean and tidy. Loved the bathroom floor after sand at the beach. We walked to the beach and enjoyed dinner and live music at Fins, then finished watching the sunset on the beach. Definitely recommend."

"I stayed here with my sister and teenage nephews for a long weekend and everything was perfect. The place is exactly as described and pictured. The home was clean and the neighboorhood was quiet. My nephews enjoyed the Nientendo Switch and my sister and I enjoyed sitting on the balcony at sunset. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. We especially enjoyed the coffee bar! This home is conveniently located so we were able to easily drive up to Farmer's Market in San Luis Obispo...
