"Loved that it was a close walk to The Boardwalk, Epcot and the Skyliner. The pool was amazing our 4 year old loved the slide- loves you could reserve chairs and umbrellas through the website to ensure you got one where you wanted it- great meal options- it was a great location at a very reasonable rate would stay there again."

"We stayed here and loved it. The breakfast was amazing, and so was our room. The only down side is the theme park shuttle. It is a third party company and It was always booked up so we were unable to use this service. I would recommend NOT relying on this if you plan to stay here."
Galleria Palms Hotel

"The hotel is older, you can tell by the rust around the toilet the old tubs that need to be renovated. The staff was nice, the maintenance showed up right away when I called to say the A/C wasn’t working and fixed it. The shower and sinks weren’t draining and they fixed the sinks. Room was clean. The only real issue was that housekeeping didn’t make the beds or empty trash but they did drop off clean towels minus wash cloths. Otherwise stay was good, we used the shuttle service, but hated that we made so many stops. Will use Uber or Lyft to parks next time when we stay in Kissimmee."

"Hotel is beautiful and has so much charm and history. Perfect location to downtown. Friendly staff. Hotel is older and the architecture and atmosphere is old Florida. Staff are wonderful and super nice. We had an issue with our hotel door knob and couldn’t get out of the room once we entered. But they came and fixed it immediately. We did not eat at the hotel but had drinks at the bar one night and it was lovely."
