"Conveniently located in the old town, very short walk to the beach too. It has everything we wanted: air-conditioner, fridge, washing machine. The steps from the street to the first floor were a bit unexpected, not a problem for us, but might be for some people."

"Salerno amazed us so cute and quaint! The property was clean and spacious. May have misread listing but one of the rooms was the common room with the kitchen. But honestly everything was perfect! The host was super communicative and kind. Met us at property and gave us a good run down of the town. The rooms where beautiful and the location was great to the downtown area and even the harbor. Would highly recommend staying here!"

"Property was ok. Think more needs to be made of the internal stairs going to flat. They are very deep and steep. We were all over 75 and managed them but with luggage it was daunting. We stayed 10 days and would have appreciated clean sheets and towels half way through. Very little in the way of cleaning materials for kitchen and bathroom. We had to request a broom and mop. None of this got too much in the way of a wonderful holiday. The apartment is difficult to find but local shopkeepers...

"Of the 4 rentals during our Italian adventure - this property had too many requirements, for example, even though paying a cleaning fee - we had to clean the apartment, take out trash daily and had trouble with the showers not working. Was a very nice and spacious apartment conveniently located to train station, restaurants and night life. "

"Riccardo was an excellent host and answered any questions we had very quickly! The property is clean and spacious and a great starting point for day trips out to the Amalfi Coast. There is a wonderful coffee shop right at the corner for coffees and breakfast pastries if you don't want to make your own. The washer/dryer is challenging for anyone not used to European styles but it was manageable. I'd say my only complaint was that the beds are extremely firm but then this is all personal...

"A charming little place in the historical part of Salerno. Very convenient to get anywhere. There is a public elevator just in front of the main door which makes it easier to go up but there is an access via the stairs as well. The communication with Marco was smooth and friendly. Marco pointed out on the map everything we wanted to know. We had a great stay. Thanks a lot."

"We quite enjoyed our stay at Donato's flat in Salerno. It's located right on the edge of the historic district, an easy walk to everything. The sea walk is close by, as are the cathedral and Minerva's Garden. There are many many restaurants nearby. Communication with Donato and his son, Roberto, was excellent. Roberto met us at the train station and took us directly to the flat. Now, there are some 76 stairs--we counted--to get to the fourth floor, and no elevator. It was no issue for us--part...

"This property was wonderful and Stefania was a great host. We loved Salerno so much that we booked an extra night at the last minute. Stefania allowed us early check and her family met us and helped walk our luggage to the apartment. The coffee/drinks/snacks were a huge plus! The area around the apartment had great food (highly recommend Al Dente!) and night life. Only down fall to this apartment was the neighbors dog who barked at every passerby. Still fully recommend this stay! "

"Easily accessible from the train station. Centrally located. CLEAN AND SPACIOUS! We also easily walked to the ferry port for day trips to Amalfi, Positano, and trained to Agropoli. We cannot say enough what it means to have cleanliness in Italy. Will be back for certain!"
