"Good clean hotel with very helpful staff. Drinks available at reception .be good to have a small frig in room.excellent location if going to Live Music Hall. Only a 15 minute walk to town/train station/restaurants.couple of good pizza place close by"

"Room was clean but showing age. Door handle to bathroom broken and hairdryer did not work. We had to change the fan as that was faulty. Reception were a bit put out because we asked for a replacement so we didn't mention the other faults. Breakfast was fantastic. We had the windows open because of the heat and it was not too noisy outside Overall the hotel was very dark , almost as though they were saving money by not turning on lights. Probably would stay again but not in the summer"

"Fantastic hotel. Staff really friendly. My room was fantastic, really spacious and included access to the business lounge which is a great addition. Breakfast is really nice and value. Only thing that let side was the restaurant was closed on the Monday night so i had to go out for food. Note that the restaurant is not part of the hotel so not the hotels fault. Overall a great stay. I have stayed here 6 times and have never been let down."
