"We had a great time in this beautiful house, with huge sitting area and a fantastic swimming pool which is perfect for staying cool on hot days. There are many beautiful towns and places to see not far from the house. However, the house was so nice that we spent most of the time in the swimming pool and garden. The owner is really helpful and welcoming."

"Unsere kleine Wohnung im ersten Stock war liebevoll eingerichtet, die Wohnküche so geräumig, dass unsere zwei Kinder (1 und 3) toll spielen konnten. Der Strand ist idyllisch, auf dem kurzen und steilen Weg dahin wachsen Brombeeren. Auch im Garten haben unsere Kinder gerne gespielt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und entspannt, sodass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Einziges kleines Manko der Wohnung: kein Seeblick. Aber da ist man ja tagsüber und man kann sie vom Garten aus sehen. Und hinten raus...

"The house is located on a hillside with lovely views. It is surrounded by olive trees, peaceful spot. There are cats and donkeys on the terrain, very likeable animals. The landlord was very friendly and helpful all through our stay. The house itself is spacious and well equipped with all necessities. No luxury, but we found all we needed. "Lovely location on hillside looking towards Orvieto, secluded but just 10 minutes from the parking lot and escalator into the city. Huge property with a great pool area, woodfired barbecue and large patio. Great spot from which to tour Umbria and southern Tuscany. The location is windy, sometimes very windy, if you are planning to use the pool area."

"The house was just as pictured. The only surprise was having to meet someone in town to follow them to the house. Driveway was a challenge, but once we got used to it, it was easy to find. Guido had the pool ready for us earlier than he had planned. And we certainly enjoyed it. The views are stunning and the sunsets are incredible. Our goal was to centrally locate and then visit all the surrounding areas of Umbria, CC Perugia, Orvietto, Cortona, And many more. This was the perfect location....

"Laura was the perfect host. The rooms are enormous and the house is a true mansion. We couldn't believe how spacious it was, with so many little details that made gave us a sense of wonder. They also have a lovely wine store inside with quite a few excellent selections that we as wine lovers were previously unaware. We are already planning to return. "
