"Our host “Anna” was wonderful! Although we never met she was quick to respond to emails and provided great recommendations for the surrounding area. There was a bottle of wine on the kitchen table when we got there as a welcome gift. The Goose House was very well furnished and supplied. We had coffee and plenty of choices for a nice breakfast in the morning before. I loved the area and would definitely come back to stay in the Goose House again. Thank you so much Anna!"

"Wonderful apartment in perfect location central to Orvieto. The two floor accommodation has all the amenities for a great stay, including a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the main street through central Orvieto (quiet street, no traffic allowed). Location is fabulous with easy access to all of Orvieto’s famous attractions. Would definitely stay there again!"

"Santa Maria is a stunning property in a beautiful & quiet location ideally situated for Orvieto. The apartment was comfortable & well equipped. The owners were most helpful & pleasant. We loved their collection of animals: 2 friendly dogs & an assortment of cats & peacocks. We also enjoyed being able to pick vegetables from the owner’s garden. The swimming pool was wonderful. A very enjoyable stay."

"Das Appartement ist für 2 Personen praktisch eingerichtet. Es ist in der Küche alles verfügbar, was man benötigt. Sonnenschirm und Strandliegen sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Bett ist sehr gut. Der Rest der Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr ordentlich. Der See ist fussläufig zu erreichen, zum Einkaufen benötigt man ein Auto. Alles in allem ist die Wohnung für einen entspannten Urlaub am See zu empfehlen. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass es kein Wi-Fi gibt."

"Valerie was very responsive to any questions we had. Valerie also gave us easy-to-follow directions to get to the apartment. Valerie provided plenty of towels, clothes detergent, dish soap. The apartment is in a great location. Also, easy to get to the tourist information office which was always open when we needed it."

"We hebben een fijne week doorgebracht in dit hooggelegen appartement, alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig, goede bedden, wasmachine. Fijne douche en dat alles voor een zeer schappelijke prijs. Appartement is zeer centraal gelegen voor tripjes naar alle leuke plaatsen in de buurt: Bolsena, Viterbo, Orvieto, Pitigliano etc."

"As others have said, even more lovely than photos. We were 8 couples aged 23-77 for a week with room for more. A real advantage is the en suite bathroom situation, albeit some bathrooms and showers roomier than others. Highlight is outdoor dining patio where we took all meals given the mild September weather. Chef cooked two yummy dinners for us. Also glad we ordered villa owner’s olive oil and red wine. Short drive to major Umbrian sights. However, we recommend you go for lunch in nearby...
