Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Stendiamo un velo pietoso

Purtroppo abbiamo avuto delle difficoltà fin dall’arrivoin quanto non risultava la nostra prenotazione , abbiamo rischiato praticamente di dormire in macchina. I gestori sono stati carini e disponibili nel fornirci una soluzione ( ovviamente pagando nuovamente) il problema più grande è la struttura struttura stessa: vecchia, con poca manutenzione e priva di ogni confort. Essendo un luogo per me molto speciale e caro, mi è dispiaciuto appurare l’esistenza di strutture così poco curate e fatiscenti . Anche sulla colazione stenderei un velo pietoso ...praticamente inestitente, ogni mattina siamo stati costretti ad andare al bar pur avendo la colazione pagata. Gente ...andate a grottammare che è una bomboniera ma non in quell’alvergo ...non ve lo consiglio .:(
