"I knew I was in for a noisy ride when they put me in a room behind the reception. I was right. The staff were very noisy from 7 in the morning. Big gap under the door so it felt like they were in my room. Then, low and behold, the cleaner just walked in at 830 without knocking. She didn’t apologise or even lock the door. Breakfast was terrible. "

Les autres personnes de l'accueil les jours suivants étaient parfaites et SOURIANTES. Le personnel du restaurant très accueillant. "Beautifully renovated grounds and rooms, and wonderful staff. A quick 10 min drive into Ostuni. There was a slight issue on the first night and they were very quick to resolve the issue. Vanessa the sommelier gave us a great wine tasting. Had a great relaxing stay. "

"This hotel says it has a 24hr desk in the info. We arrived at 10pm and there was nobody there. Nobody answered the buzzer or the phone. When we contacted hotels.com they said they could not reach the hotel and could not confirm that we didn't stay there, so they refused to give us a refund... even though we booked another hotel the same night from hotels.com. I was expecting a sincere apology but instead have to go through the trouble of disputing this with my credit card. Crazy."

"We stayed at La Sommita after our wedding in Ostuni, and from the moment we were picked up and brought to the hotel, everything was exceptional. The staff are wonderfully friendly, courteous, and professional, they truly make this hotel stand out. We were delighted to be upgraded to a suite, which was absolutely stunning. The view from the terrace was breathtaking and the perfect spot to enjoy a sunset spritz. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering plenty of variety and fresh options. We would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ostuni. It captures the authentic charm of Puglia, has the intimacy of a boutique hotel, and feels absolutely perfect."
